Terms and Conditions

Welcome to our vacation rental! These Terms and Conditions ensure a safe, enjoyable, and seamless experience for all our guests. By booking and staying at our property, you agree to the following:

1. House Rules

We kindly ask that all guests respect our property and abide by the following rules during their stay:

1.1 Respect the Space

  • Treat our house with the same care and respect as your own home.
  • We’ve worked hard to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests.

1.2 Cleanliness

  • Maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay. This will make checkout easier for you and help us prepare for the next guest.

1.3 Accidental Damage

  • If any accidental damage occurs during your stay, please inform us immediately. We will assess the issue and determine if a repair cost or deduction is necessary.

1.4 Smoking Policy

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • As per our agreement upon initial booking, our cancellation policy is strictly NO REFUND.
  • Due to the limited availability of our rental, guests will not receive a refund for any cancellation, regardless of timing.

3. Lost Keys

  • Guests will be provided with 4 keys (for the front door, back door, bedroom door, and bathroom door).
  • A replacement fee of $30 BZ per key will be charged if any key is lost during your stay.

4. Cell Phone Usage and Data

4.1 WiFi Calling

  • Free calls can be made when connected to the property’s WiFi.

4.2 Data Usage

  • Data is required for Internet access, Google Maps, and social media while not connected to WiFi.
  • Unlimited data is available for a fee of $40 BZ, which covers browsing and regular phone calls.

4.3 Lost Cellular Phone

  • If the provided cellular phone is lost, an additional fee will apply.

5. Air Conditioning Usage

  • Please keep all windows and doors closed when using the air conditioner to conserve energy and maintain the room’s temperature.

6. Trash and Recycling

6.1 Trash Disposal

  • Dispose of all trash in the designated drum located behind the house.

6.2 Glass Bottles

  • Place all glass bottles in the crates provided for recycling.

7. Use of Household Items

  • Household items and amenities are for use on the premises only. Removal of any items from the property is not permitted.

8. Understanding the Rules

  • Guests are required to read and understand the house rules at the start of their stay.
  • If anything is unclear, please contact us immediately for clarification to avoid misunderstandings.
